Jackeline's Jacket is a four-page comic story that I created about people who wear jackets that are microworlds! It was originally published in the comic-book CHANGE, the 2023 anthology of WIP Comics Group which we crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
This comic had a challenging script because the story has various levels, and I had to squeeze my brain to fit the content into 4 pages! There's a war in the jacket of a kid, and her mom wants to change it! The people wearing the clothes are leading the story, but there are creatures living in the jackets, and they have their own stories too.
The little creatures interact with the panels of the actual comic. There's actioon and drama too...
After the publication of the anthology in London with my group WIP Comics, I edited a special edition of my story Jackeline's Jacket in Galician language (A Chaqueta de Jackeline) which includes some sketches and concept art. I did this special edition to celebrate my first time at the comic fair Autobán 2023 in A Coruna. You can see below a picture of the cover.
